My girlfriend and I had been looking for a place to rent in south Florida for about a month, and were starting to get anxious and frustrated about the whole situation, before meeting Ilene. Not many agents would return phone calls or emails. Not sure if it was because we were renting and not buying or what but Ilene was very quick to respond.
